Cabinfever1977 New Member Jun 30, 2011 #2 heres a link: North Dakota Other Types of Motorcycles - ND Scooter & Moped Info - DMV Guide It appears you need a Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin which is ok if you bought a motorized bike from a dealer and they provided you with one. It also appears you might need liability insurance also. If the moped was never registered you must contact the Motor Vehicle Division's main office at (701) 328-2725. for more info.
