The title says it all. Im not to worried about losing my bike because theres not many cops around here and if they would see one they'd probably think its cool as long as its not after hours, haha. Anyone know?
Does north dakota have laws on this?

It appears you need a Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin which is ok if you bought a motorized bike from a dealer and they provided you with one.
It also appears you might need liability insurance also.
If the moped was never registered you must contact the Motor Vehicle Division's main office at (701) 328-2725. for more info.
