Disc Brakes for Stiletto

Yo everybody... I need some help ....
I am looking for the front disc brake wheel and brake set up for a Grant Stiletto Chopper.
Info on bike:
20"Aluminum/alloy rim
48 spokes stainless steel
14mm axle w/disc brake hub
20"x3" tire
Does any one know where I can buy this wheel? or have one custom made?
The OEM wheel on this bike did not come with a disc brake. The fork is set up for it.
I went to my local bike shop and they weren't even interested...

Thanks to everyone for taking a look...I found hubs and wheels that will work they are for BMW bikes. I can use a 20" free wheel with a disc brake adapter, the wheel will have 48 spokes and a 14mm axle.
