Dio reed with 21mm oko..need help

I have put on the dio reed with 21mm oko.. now, for the life of me i cant get it to idle.. i am leaning on taking everything off and go back where i had it.. Although first i want to get the carb to idle then go riding to see if i like it or not.. could some one with expertise with dio reed with oko help me out ?

Sounds like an air leak, check the gasket on the cone piece or where the carb connects.

Need to use RTV on both sides of the reed block.
