I can't make it. I have to go fix my mother-in-laws sprinkler system. Some lousy dirt bag stole her back flow preventer. If the scrap metal dealers would abide by the laws and refuse to take those things the thievery would stop. They don't care how much it costs homeowners and businesses to replace them. They're making money and have no incentive to refuse to take them from the scum that's stealing them.
