Has anyone been having bad experiences buying from Dellorto direct or 1977mopeds? This is my 2nd order from delloroto and It has been 3 weeks in "processing." My previous order I made took several emails with no response and filing a claim with PayPal to get a response from them resulting in 2 months waiting for some jets....
