Cool video! Kinda reminds me of back when I was learning to run CNC Waterjets -
Waterjets don't "cut" material so much as they erode through it! Like a thousand years' worth per second or the like

I remember the first time I saw a plasma cutter working. It was at a steel mill here in Denver. It was cutting 1" steel plate as quick as you'd cut a circle out of a slice of cheese. The cut edges were smoother than if it had been cut on a band saw.
I was amazed.
