custom offset intake

couldn't find where to buy one and wanted to get my motor running so i made this. from 1/2'' 45 degree street bend and like some other size coupling tube solder then jb weld.

Niice! A little sanding and a shot of BBQ paint and that'll look slick. I recently bought one of these Offset Intakes but it was nowhere close to what I needed, plus the shipping cost more than the part itself. Oh well, now I know to try Piston Bikes, or BikeBerry next time...

Edit-Oh hey, just noticed the solder, did you goop it on then reheat and jam in the carb for a flush fit?
