custom mount for ghostrider

i have a 2009 electra ghostrider and have a 2010 skyhawk gt5. where can i find a custom mount for this bike and about how much are they? or can I make one myself? anxious to get motoring .shft.

i have ideas. been working construction for 20 years. but not working much with 2-strokes. just need someone with exp. to bounce ideas off of.
