Crank counter balance width

I've inherited a couple motors that were used by someone who didn't love their bikes like they should have and boom here it is...

The two round counter balance pieces measure 11.35 mm at the spot right above the point they are conjoined and directly opposite of that it measures 11.05.

Is this common and should I try to evenly space them?

No it's not common and the crank should be evenly spaced all the way around.

I time travel a couple of times a week. I live right on the border of a time zone. I live in Eastern time but my church is in Central time. So when I go church I'm traveling into the past. When I leave church to go home I'm traveling into the future.
