Hello Bought 3 piece crank wont fit on cranbrook can someone please tell me what i should do thanks

you'll probably need to get a "euro to american bottom bracket adapter."

Many here bend the stock 1 piece cranks. Pretty easy, and very cheap and effective. Some use heat of a torch, I bent my last set without heat.

Received the crank adapter whats the best way to get caps out besides beating it up with hammer

you have to knock the cups out from the inside
used a punch or drift come in from the side oppisite of what you are trying to knock out
kind of like in pic....
