Anyone ever installed a compression release on a China Girl to make starting easier?

Fred Chelminski at CR machine shop has offered those as an option on his quite well known "Fred head" made for the China girl engine. He's a talented machinist. He has a lot of YouTube video related to his work with China girl motors.
