A85 w/ cnc top from grubee
Rear rim/36t sprocket from grubee
Generic aluminum gas tank
Front rim from cdh
Custom exhaust
Wide crank
Ebike light kit + 7S battery
Upgraded chain, throttle, tensioner and motor mount.
Modified the stock stand to clear the exhaust
Built a 60w speaker into the saddle bag
Probably more I can't think of.
Edit: ah and pic 2 is from last year when I was playing with an HP carb for fun. pic 1 is current with the stock carb
Runs great with no 4stroking on the stock jet unless the temps are below 80f, so most of the year for me but tops out at only 40mph. If I made some exhaust tweaks and changed the jetting I could probably get more out of it, but with the way no suspension+ chopper forks ride 40 top is good. It likes to cruise at 25 and that's just fine for this build imo.
When I get my tax return I'm planning on doing a faker/A85 build for more speed.
