Commercial frames for a board tracker replica?

I'd like to put together a board tracker replica but cannot afford a custom or vintage frame. What can I buy commercially that won't break the bank but will look great as a board tracker? I'm no novice to bikes and what makes them work so I can replace pretty much anything to get what I need in the end but I need a good base to start from.

Shop skills are nil (good bike mechanic, poor fabricator) and budget is very low.

Like huffy cranbrook from Walmart kinda low.

I've been looking for vintage cruiser style frames and found a few but they were rusted through. I'm not afraid of a project bike that takes a while or teaches me a new skill though.
