cns carb a knock off pw80 carb?

Hi all what does everyone think? Is this pw80 carb the same as the CNS some resemble the v1 and v3 cns. The price is a lot cheaper than the marked up CNS carb but theyve been used n these Yamaha's for years!

Looks it but you'll need the air cleaner to go with it as the CNS has that big cone on it.
You also don't know what the PK80 is jetted at. The CNS you usually have SOME idea.
