clutch wont work

Hi all
My clutch wont work, the bucking bar goes all the way into the clutch not half way like its meant to. Can someone please help me

If you mean the clutch arm moves too far, check to make sure the rod and ball are in place.....keep us posted as to what you find (or don't).
