Clutch question

Ok i know theres a thread just on clutches. Need a specific answer as to what to do. With the clutch lever pulled back on the handle bar and the wire pullin the clutch lever on motor as far back as the lever allows, the rear tire will still spin. Have had the bike running for a few years now. I know its the clutch right? What or how do I adjust the clutch. Thanks.

read carefully and do steps in order

Your clutch cable is loose. Adjust it and read the link above.
