Clutch Question / First Build

I'm finishing my first build but something doesn't seem right. I'm mounted a Dax engine. The clutch arm on the sprocket cover just swings freely and the clutch won't disengage. Being my first I'm not sure what normal operation is. Thanks in advance.

I'm glad you got it figured out on your own. But if you have any questions just ask, thats what this forum is all about
