clutch problems

I bought an 80cc motor for my bicycle and no matter what I do the clutch will not engage and the company I bought it from basically said that's my problem. Does anyone out there no how to fix this problem

Take the clutch sidecover off and tap ( with a plastic hammer ) arround the flower nut to release the seized clutch plates

How do you take off the flower nut?

are you sure its hooked up correctly,cause its hard to disengage the clutch when its new.

Is it engaged, or dis-engaged? You have everything hooked up and the bike rolls without pulling the clutch? That is a new one, but not insurmountable.
