Clutch Plate

Hi there, Im Joe From Texas and I have an 80 cc Engine which runs good for a while then I have to tighten the clutch plate because it gets loose to where it wont engage. I have built three bikes already with the same type of engine and this is the only one that does it. Has anyone out there had this problem.
 
Its my Brothers bike so I will have to wait a day or so before I get a chance to work on it but I appreciate your input I will update trying some the methods you told me earlier.
 
Hello I welcome you to THE Forum :) Take the cover off. You will find a mess. Remove Screw , bump nut with hammer and Screw driver, gently two notches to the right. Be firm but don't kill it. Spray carb cleaner works well. (c)
