Hi, I'm not very familiar with the proper lingo here, so my question could have easily been asked many times before. I've learned how to "adjust" the clutch of my 80cc china motor if needed but don't fully understand what the adjustment does. Right now what I'd like to fix is that I attached the clutch cable to my original front brake lever, and what I get is 85% of the pull is fully released (no motor powere) and only in the last bit of lever do I get the clutch grabbing for a take off.
I'm just trying to understand if that's simply how these clutches work or if it can be dialed down for more range with the brake lever for taking off?
