try taking some of that grease out offthere way to much!!!!!!!!!I'm Having the exact same problem with my new Gen II Grubee engine.
I sent a message in the "contact us" section of the USA Bike engines website but haven't heard anything from them yet. the 3 guide pin holes on the pressure plate aren't drilled concentrically with the rest of the disk causing it to rub. A new/better pressure plate would cure the problem.
