I would maybe drill a hole and tap it so you can make a set screw for it
Well, I got a few of these ones many years ago when there were not that many options, it has the set screw and the thing is solid quality and they even come with shims so you can use it on even smaller hubs, but I think I like the 3 bolt set up much better. At the time I wanted it for a speed hub that had a smaller circumference than coaster brake hubs and seriously, it was hard to find any that size back then. I got the small one, but it was kinda expensive. they still sell them.Yes that would be a good idea, definitely not a good thing for it to possibly move on the wheel.
I haven't bought one of this type, but I might in the future just to see what the quality is like and if it might also be a good option

I don't expect they are doing much business. I got that sprocket adapter in 2010, damn, 11 years ago, they are still the same price. Like I said, just drill a hole and tap it for a set screw and it will never slip.
