Cheapest source for lithium?

Anyone beating hobbyking for lithium in $/ah now? Preferably with decent shipping times? Looking for 10s 37v 10ah. I can solder my own pack together from cells if its cheaper. Price to beat is 9ah at 10s for $120.
 
I have been looking to replace my 24v sla bricks with lithium but prices have been consistently high. I don't think I have found anything that will beat your price. It sounds like the kind of battery packs you mentioned have no BMS and require a balance charger for decent battery pack longevity.
