Chain Troubles

This is my first bike build and I am having a problem with the chain. Every time I put the engine in gear the chain falls off. The gears all look properly aligned. What’s my problem?

Did you use the kit rag joint for the rear wheel sprocket? If so they can be kind of hard to align if it's your first time. They have to be installed to run very true or you will have chain problems.
Also what is your chain tension like? We need a more detailed question?

Have tensioner on bottom of chain pushing chain up. That fixed the problem for me. P.S. Get the heavy duty chain, i broke 2 or 3 reg. bike chains. Pictures by lazieboy1 - Photobucket
