Building a new motor ,case reed ,polished crank ,balanced what's that?,polished crank case internally plus added a coat of hi temp enamel in the case for a smoother flow, port matched case to cylinder ,matched 2base gaskets to the port so no excessive gasket hangs over any port ,with the case reed thears no cylinder intake but a 3rd transfer ,the timing of the exahust in the 200degree duration and transfer is in the 145 degree duration i raised the port 2mm and beveled the piston 1.5mm in the exahust side for more duration and beveled the sides of the piston 1mm for more duration of the transfer ,also for the third transfer the piston has one hole in the side for the third and then I got one them pro circuit works ex pipe for a ktm 85 just welded it to a flange right off the cylinder ,nice pipe have high expectations basically im going for maximum annoyance and making the fucler as fast as I can I'll, follow up with pictures
