Most everything except the prop translates to a motorized bike. These little 2 cycle engines are around $50.00 or sometimes less.
But yes I am going to fly this one which does require that it can maintain full throttle operation for an extended period of time.
Something like this could probably be really suitable to use on a tricycle. If you would like to see the different versions of this basic motor do a search on Amazon or eBay for 47cc 2 stroke. There’s even electric start versions of it along with gear and chain reductions. Really pretty interesting.
