carb pops off at 31+ every time.

I dont know what to do. Im using seal all. carb is a tight as it canbe.( broke one already) dosent move when i seal it an put it on. WTF! its a 66/80 skyhawk made in 2012. have the stock 44 tooth on it. im about to get some really big hose clamps and put it around the carb and motor LOL.

i would make a wire tie before putting on a big hose clamp.
obviously vibration is playing a part in this.

Oh forgot the nylon spacer stays on the intake too. it put the seal all on the intake and the spacer.

almost nothing sticks to teflon.

Put a small sheet metal screw into the side of the carb & into the manifold.

drill a pilot hole first,clean out the pipe after drilling and tighten it carefully.

Ok drilled the hole and put in a screw. then resealed it AGAIN. Hope this time it stays on. will try it tonite when i get home from work.
