carb not getting enough fuel at high rpms

I had the same problem the other day. My rear mounting bolts came loose. My bike wouldn't run at high speed. I thought it was the ignition. I replaced it to no avail, and then I noticed one of the rear mounting bolts was gone, and the other one was loose.

After tightening the mount back up it was all good again.
