Carb leak

ok now, when i rev up the engine to open throttle, it starts to leak gas out of the carb, where the prime button is . it dosen't let me go past 24.6 MPH, when i used to hit 35+

sounds like a stuck float may need to break the carb down and put in new gaskets

will RTV silicone do the trick?

not for a fuel like where you are describing it. if your float is stuck it will continuously over flow you could try lightly tapping the carb bowl to see if it frees up

it also starts to leak out of the air filter when i prime it

take the carb bole off its two scerws. there is a copper fork looks like bend it down a little this will lower your fule level. hope this helps

well i fixed the leak, now i have the problem of when i rev it, the engine dies out like if the choke is on

Sounds like you bent the fork too much, now there isnt enough fuel in the bowl to feed the engine. You dont have to bend the fork much to make a major difference...
