Can't Get It To Accelerate

I started my motor for the first time but I can't get the throttle to accelerate.
If I pull the clutch to adjust, it will stop. I find it very hard to pedal or move the bike with the clutch lever squeezed. I need help.

So what exactly happens when you turn the throttle? Do you mean that when you pull in the clutch, it dies unless you keep some throttle open?

When i pull the throttle the rpm's remain the same. When I pull the clutch it dies.

Sounds like your throttle isn't hooked up and your idle screw is not screwed in enough.
