Can truck be a rat

This is the beginning stages of a build I have been wanting to do for awhile
Hopefully it will work out, but I don't know what category it fits in.

The front forks are from a Next Avalon, but I don't really like them. Thing that I will use Huffy Hammer front forks
The rear end is going to be chopped off and the bike shortened about 6 inches with the Avalon rear suspension added on.
The rails at the back will be repositioned to run flat across or maybe replaced with square tubing to accommodate a set of canvas military type saddlebags

I plan on using a jack shaft and running a 6 or 7 speed rear wheel

What I would do with that if I had a boss bike like that and I could weld is I would change the frame so that I could fit a lifan or a HF engine in there I would make some stupid long handlebars that go back all the way to the rear seat, and I'd make that thing into the sickest stretched out rat boardie eva
