I have always been interested in motorized bicycles and electric bicycles/vehicles.
I am currently looking into the idea of buying a MB.
I know little about the laws.
I know that I want a motorized bicycle under 50cc to skirt the local laws.
I would want it to be super quiet, and of course have the bell and helmet.
I would have bike bags cover the equipment.
What is the cheapest I can pay, whether its a package, DIY or buying one ready to go (new or used)?
