Buying pre made rear wheel?

Is there anywhere I can buy a 26" coaster wheel with the engine sprocket already installed? I just cant seem to get it right with mine, and I ended up snapping a bolt D:. Also I will need a new axle if that doesn't come on it...

One more question, when my bike was working right, I took the end of the muffler off and it sounded cooler and had more power... is that bad? Is that called the baffle?
 
Bicycle-engins.com.I bought A rear wheel with A 48 tooth free wheel sprocket. It`s
not cheap but worth every penny.
