Buying Cylinder Head

any tips for purchasing a cylinder head? how do I know which one will give a better performance boost and whatnot, I've just been going by what people say in reviews and stuff. the pic is my bike

The larger the head is the more of a heatsink it will be and the cooler your engine will run, get one with large cooling fins that will allow for maximum air cooling.
