Bug Bike Installation instructions

looking to see if some one has a set of Bug Bike installation instructions... I used to have an owner's manual but can not track it down...

What are you having trouble with? I had one, but no instructions.
I mounted it up and adjusted it in 15 minutes, no problem.
 
I may be missing some brackets.. so the drive wheel isn't moving onto the front tire when it's mounted..
