broken stingray frame

so last week i was riding to home depot and when i arrived, it's about 1.3 mile trip, i noticed the chainstay had cracked right behind the bottom bracket. it is on a occ chopper. i had road probly 3 miles the day befor and can only assume it was already been broke by the way the brackes were acting. i realized when i would squeese the brakes it was pushing the chain stay out. crazy!!!

I have seen 2 occ's break before, both were along the bottom tube at the engine mount
1 had a livefast mount, the other a barry mount
now the occ's get welded engine mounts

i concider my self lucky. i was suprized by it. the first MB i had was a beach cruiser, i never had any frame issues, and the occ felt a lot more solid riding.
