bikeworldusa wheels- rim width?

For those that have used these Heavy Duty wheels with 12 gage spokes; what is the rim width measurement? I'm looking for a wide rim. I have seen other wheels listed as 2.125", but I think what they really mean is the rim is capable of accepting a tire that is 1.75" to 2.125" wide.

Anyone? I don't have a set of wide steel cruiser rims to compare to see what "looks" wide enough. I suppose if the rim were a true 1.75" wide that seems wide enough. I did go back and look at the bikeworldusa page and it says "1.75/2.125", so I'm guessing these are 1.75" wide???
