Bike wont start HELP

Got compression got spark new carburetor gas is filling the bowl but doest seem to be getting gas into the engine ...one day got a new gas tank installed rode fine for 10 miles then just died havent been able to get it started since all electrical is new cdi magneto spark plug etc. It sound like it wants to start but wont please help me !!!!!
