Bike won't idle staidly after installing carburetor offset

I bought a carburetor offset on amazon since I can't fit my carb with the stock mount. The bike became a little more difficult to start than before; it needed to crank it a lot more than before. When I come to a stop, sometimes, the engine will die without some feathering. Other times, it's spinning at the speed similar to going 25mph. The adjustment screw is also super sensitive now. Is there anything that I can do to keep it more stable?

could be running rich, check your plug and if its really black your gonna have to re jet and if it vibrates alot under load thats also a sign of having a rich mixture
