bike wont accelerate

I have a 66cc motor bicycle and I have a problem with my acceleration wen I start it if starts but wen I accelerate it won't go and choke out and die I took carburetor apart and its perfectly fine check fuel flow its good spark plug also good no air leak all out of ideas please help

Does it bog down? If so move the ring to 4th one or 3rd, and make sure fuel is coming out tank and not getting cut off.
