Bike running slower then normal

I blew out a exhaust gasket and now my bike runs slower then it used to atleast i think it started when it blew
 
I also just remembered that I sprayed the motor with a hose to clean mud of and hit the carb with the water
 
They do need some back pressure to run well. I'm running 32:1 synthetic it makes them run alot better. Here's a link for the best exhaust gasket around.
