best motor?

i want to buy one of these motors for my bike but i need help on which to buy, its a bit overwhelming for me. my price range is $100-200 and i want somthing that will get about 25-30 mph thanks!

I started with the Jet 66/80cc kit. from king's motor bike. a new beach cruiser from wall mart. $270 all together. i put over 2000 miles on it. sold it and it still ran perfect. I hope this helps.
