Bad Case Gasket

I'm trying to find out the easiest or best way to split the case and replace the case gasket
on a 80cc (66cc) engine. any ideas or docs for this operation? I have a bad case of the black
gunk oosing out,directly under the carb. I have ordered and received the gasket set and the
sprocket/clutch pulling tool,looking for the best ideas.

I have the same problem ck all the screws and they are tight. I'm sending my back for warranty if there is any.

I had the same problem! I cleaned the area and squeezed some gasket in a tube in the area of the leak and have not had any more problems. Good luck

I hag the same problem tighten the mount studs and it quit so try that.
