Arizona laws?

I'm planning to contact my local state senators and representatives regarding revising Oregon's laws covering motorized bicycles. Sounds like Arizona has a very plain and sensible law covering same. Anyone have a copy of said law that I can forward to my politicians?

my 4cycle is 49 ;)

I believe it is because when they first wrote the law, the 4cycle kits didn't exist
(only the 48's & so-called 80's)
I don't think 1cc is gonna be a prob
