Soon I'm going to buy a 2 stroke 66cc engine kit from Ali Express and I was wondering about fuel/oil mix ratios. Is it okay to start with 20:1 for the break-in and then do 40:1 for long term after the break-in?

You will probably find quite a bit of disagreement on this point. I would go 24 to 1 for break in and 32 to 1 after with a quality synthetic or semi-synthetic 2 cycle oil.
