Back in ye times of olde, when we had 2 or 3 TV stations, a weekly French cartoon variety show was on the French channel.
We didn't care if the cartoons were French, they were cartoons and there wasn't much else to watch!

Apparently 'Barbe a Papa' means cotton candy.
