Anyone recognize this specific chain tensioner?

Installing a motor on this same model Felt Red Baron.

Those were made by KW Machine Works.... He made lots of nice parts to motorize Felt bikes... I think he closed shop.

I think I still have some of his parts in a box somewhere in my shop... If you're interested, I can look for them.
