anybody know the head torque on BGF 80cc?

I'm looking at taking my head off to smooth it down & upgrade the hardware....anybody know the torque specs for the head studs? It's an 80cc slant head from BoyGoFast

10 to 12 foot pounds or about 120 to 140 inch pounds.

10 to 12 foot pounds for a head bolt? Pardon my ignorance (or maybe I'm just used to cars), but that seems real low...
Do they require any additional turns (like 1/4 turn, or some extra degrees of a turn)?

your used to cars.any tighter and you run the risk of stripping the threads.forget what you know about motors!

Just have to think "small scale".
