Anybody ever buy from this vendor?

They seem to have high quality engines and actually tell you what hardware and engine your getting, any other engines on ebay are just generic 66cc 80cc engines. not saying these arnt generic but you know what your paying for. Im going to try my luck with them.

Their feedback is not great. The "generic engine" is just that.

Do you know any vendors that forsure have allen bolts?

Yes, The Home Depot.
Buy your engine CHEAP then if you want, replace the clay bolts with grade 5 cap screws.
