Any place to buy motor kits in California?

Hi, I'm new to the motorbike world and so far its kinda been hard to get into. Here in Cali there's restrictions to what we can and can't buy apparently. Does anybody know any motor kits that can be shipped here? I have a budget of about $200. Any recommendations would be helpful too!
 
There is a thread in here about nothing but companies that will ship to Cali. I ordered from Thats Dax yesterday. I did not order a kit but they will kits ship here. They may not have anything for $200 though, I'm not sure.
